Happy 7th Birthday, Abby!

"Mom, this is my last day to be 6. I'm kind of sad about it. I just don't wanna let it go." (Oh, she is so much like her mother.) These were Abby's sentiments yesterday as she snuggled with me before school. Sweetie Pie.

Abby, we think you're the best. You are our favorite Abby in the whole world! Some things we'll remember about you at this age: you've got two missing front teeth, you love dancing around the living room--especially to High School Musical or the 12 Dancing Princesses movies; you've got a knack for fashion, you love playing Barbies and being read to--and are so excited to be able to read books to us, too! You are looking forward to piano and swimming lessons this spring. (You hope to try dance someday, too...maybe next fall. We're trying to only do one activity at a time.)

Today you are looking forward to being picked up from school to have your annual pictures taken, then later a special dinner date with Mom (you chose that) and then presents and peanut butter pie with the family. This weekend you're excited to celebrate--High School Musical style--with some friends, Grandparents, cousins, Aunts and Uncles.

Happy 7th Birthday Abby Selmalynn!
Love, Mom, Dad, Emily & Nathan

Hi Kj
Just checking back in to see if you figured out your question about your blue name links not working? I think it might have something to do with your Settings. You might want to check your links options are set to Yes. I don't know much about it but there are lots of other settings like, Listing-Comments-Ect. You might have to read through them. If all else fails ask Kristi- she is the Queen of blogville and knows everything- I'm sure she would be glad to help you~ L.

Oh happy birthday Abby! I remember how you and my Isaiah were dedicated to the Lord by Pator Gregg on the same day. I can't believe how grown up you are. Have a fun date with Mom!

Abby--
I've known you since you were just a glimmer in your Mommy and Daddy's eye--the long-awaited answer to so many prayers. You have grown into such a smart and sweet young lady. I love your big hugs and toothless smiles, and I love that you live close enough for me to see you lots and lots.

Love you, sweet Abby! Have a GREAT birthday! Seven is the BEST!

Abby - you're the best. Like a kindred spirit 27 years younger. You are a smart, thoughtful and conscientious girl with strong gifts for language and leadership. Keep holding tight to Jesus, younger sis; He loves you SO much - through successes and mistakes. He will never let you go and there is nothing you can do to make Him stop liking you. SO thankful to have you as an older role-model and friend for our Eva coming home... Love you, girl!

Remember praying for babies, KJ? Long before Sarah and Abby came to be.
