Abby: Mom, why do you want to have yourself made into ashes when you die?
Me: I'm not set on it, but I've known a number of godly people who have done it that way, I like the idea, and I think it would be neat to have my ashes sprinkled.
Abby: Um...I think I'd just keep you in a jar.

Right there next to the pickles and olives?
Yup, pretty much.
Ha! That's our little Abby! :)
actually the jar is kind of comforting, like you get to keep a little piece of your loved one.
John said when i die he's gonna make me feel at home and sprinkle my ashes on the Wal Mart parking lot.
Kristi, LOL!
I am scared of being cremated...I fear that I would wake up in the roaster from being unconscious and be like....Oh crap.
I am creeped out by the thought of being buried. And of having people staring at me in a coffin.
:)
I'm all for ashes.
I am creeped out when I go to the cemetery for a funeral and see other family members', who have yet to pass, gravesites, complete with their names. Don't think I could do that!
So what is the answer here ladies.......There must be a better way...Let's think of something....
Rapture?
:)
I am all for ashes. After organ donation.
Walmart parking lot for me too. Or Aldi. :)
Karli, we'll swirl around in the wind.
Carla, Aldi, eh? Boy you're loyal.
:) I was thinking a nice lake or something.
Kristi & Carla...The ashes my friend are blowin' in the wind. The ashes are blowin' in the wind.
Bad joke. Very very bad joke.
Hey, it's your blog. ha
A lake might be nice. Whatev.
I don't care one way or the other, as long as my funeral is a celebration!
I think the idea of preserving my body and putting it in a box in the ground is really creepy.
Anyone up for the freezer method? You know...just in case.
